  • How can I pay for my online order?

The Allay Store accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, PayPa, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

All credit cards, PayPal, and Gift Cards are charged at the time of order placement.

  • Will I be charged sales tax?

Only purchases within the state of Florida will be assessed state sales tax at checkout.

  • If I just submitted an order, can I still change it?

Given that orders are processed as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at contact@theallaystore.com and we will make every attempt to fulfill your request.

  • How long does it take to ship/receive an order?

Orders begin processing as soon as they are submitted. Most orders ship in 24 hours, 2 to 3 days maximum during high traffic seasons. Most orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states are received within 3 days.

  • Can I purchase from you if I live outside of the US?

Yes, we ship internationally via the United States Postal Service Registered Mail Service. Most packages ship for a cost of $26.99 worldwide. Larger parcels are quoted to the customer for approval, prior to shipping.

  • How long does it take to receive an international package?

Most international shipments are received via local postal services within 7 days. Please note, international shipments are subject to customs inspection within each country. Delays can add an additional 10 days for the shipment to be received.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, submitted orders cannot be cancelled or altered. Order processing begins immediately after the order is received. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Do you offer gift packaging?

Every item that we ship is packaged in a pouch or box with an insert card with pertinent

information. We do not offer custom packaging or cards at this time.

  • My billing address is in Canada but I wish to ship to the United States. Can this be done? Yes, we can ship your order to a US address. Please note that US state taxation rules will apply and estimated arrival times will differ. Pricing on allaybracelet.com is in US dollars.

Yes, we can ship your order to Canada. Please note that Canada taxation rules and estimated arrival times will differ.

Return Policy

For US customers, including its territories, and for Canada; if you received your order and aren’t totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it to our headquarters within 14 days of the shipping date for an exchange, store credit, or refund; minus shipping costs (If applicable), to the original method of payment. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or store credit will be granted; less shipping (If applicable).

You MUST contact us first and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) BEFORE you ship anything back to us.. Applicable within the United States, its territories, and Canada only.

All sales are final after 30 days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

For international customers, please be advised that we do not accept returns for international orders. All sales are final.
