Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@theallaystore.com.   

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: JMI EPRO COMMERCE c/o The Allay Store 7468 Inspira Dr. Box 5309 Naples, FL 34113.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

The Allay Store orders are processed immediately and ship within 2-3 business days. Actual transit times for delivery vary upon location of destination. Average transit time per order is 3 days, but may be up to 7 days, depending on final destination (Domestic vs. International) and shipping method chosen. Allay does not ship on weekends or on national holidays.

All orders, Domestic/International are shipped via USPS. All orders must ship to a physical address. Please, do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address.

Credit Card/PayPal approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including applicable shipping and handling charges. Florida residents will be assessed sales tax. We only ship complete orders to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

We DO NOT work with backorders. You will be notified via email address supplied, if any discrepancy or question arises, concerning the processing of your order.

Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping is done on average via flat-rate rates from USPS, with an average cost of $7.65 for small rate boxes and a delivery time of up to 3 days, depending on location. Flat-rate shipping for bulkier items could cost up to $18.30, based on weight, with a maximum delivery time of up to 3 days (barring exceptions due to natural occurrences and inclement weather).

Domestic flat-rate shipping includes the Continental US and its territories. This includes Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, etc…

International Shipping & Costs:

We ship internationally, via USPS International Registered Mail Service.

International shipments, comparable to domestic small flat-rate packages, carry an average shipping cost of $26.99. Registered mail is secure and may take 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Bulkier item shipments will be quoted by us via email address supplied, prior to shipping. The quote must be approved and paid for, before the package can be shipped.

Notes:

All orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Allay does not have information on customs or duties, nor are we able to estimate these charges.

Customs processing may delay receiving packages an additional 10 business days.

Shipping times for international orders will vary by country.

 International Return Policy

We apologize but we are unable to accept returns for orders shipping internationally. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is not our experience, but if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us.

Cancellations, Exchanges, & Returns

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, submitted orders cannot be cancelled or altered. Order processing begins immediately after the order is received. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In most cases, items ordered are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Return Policy

If you received your order and aren’t totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it to our headquarters within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange, store credit, or refund; less shipping (If applicable), to the original method of payment. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or store credit will be granted; less shipping (If applicable). You MUST contact us first and request an “RMA”, or Returned Merchandise Authorization BEFORE you ship anything back to us. Applicable within the United States, its territories, and Canada ONLY.

All returned merchandise must be unaltered, unworn, in its original packaging, with all UPC code tags still attached as when first received, and the original shipping invoice must be included as well.

We’ll send an email to you as soon as your return has been received and processed. It may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank, after the return has been received and processed. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for exchange or refund unless found to be defective. All sales are final after 30 days.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, & Visa. We do not accept Cash, or Travelers Checks. You may also use PayPal to checkout.

We recommend international customers to checkout using PayPal and then enter their credit card information for maximum security.
